Here is a fun diorama card using the Pampered Pets Suite of Products.

Items you will need for the card:
Tear and Tape; liquid glue; glue dots; scissors; Bone Folder; black stamp pad; stamp(s) and ink(s). Pampered Pets stamp set for the back of card and I used A Grand Kid for the front of the card.
PAPER:
Basic White Thick Cardstock – card front and back panels – 2 @ 3 ½ x 8 ½ (scored at 1 ½ and 7), card middle panel – 3 ½ X 7 (scored at ¾ and 6 ¼ ) and a scrap
Basic Black Cardstock – scrap for die-cutting shape for reverse/back greeting panel layer and die cut with the Stitched Nested Labels that measures approximately 5 ¼ side to side
Real Red Cardstock – scraps for sentiments
Designer Series Paper – 3 coordinating patterns (cat or dog) each cut @ 3 ½ x 5 ½, and one of the cats or dogs
STAMP SETS:
A Grand Kid – Happy Birthday sentiment on the front
Pampered Pets – I hope your day is a real treat sentiment on the back
EMBELLISHMENTS:
Playful Pets Trinkets – Bone for dog card and heart for cat card
Twine – 8″ for attaching charm to center of bow
DIES:
Stitched Nested Labels Dies
STEPS:
Stamp sentiment ‘Happy Birthday’ on scrap Real Red and die cut with Stitched Nested Labels Die measuring 2 ½ side to side and then stamp ‘I hope your day is a real treat’ on scrap Real Red and die cut with die measuring 3 ½ x 3 ½.
Attach the 3 ½ x 5 ½ piece of Designer Series Paper to front panel, middle panel, and back panel as shown in the photo above (the printed paper on the front and middle and the words paper on the back panel)
Die-cut windows using Stitched Nested Labels as follows for the windows:
large die – cut from center of front panel (reserve piece to use as back verse panel layer); I used the die which measures 4 ½ from side to side
medium die – cut from center of middle panel using die which measures 3 ½ from side to side
