Instructions:
Basic Gray card base – score at 4 1/4
Adhere the Lost Lagoon 5 3/8 x 4 1/8 to the front of the card
Stamp the sentiment onto the 5 x 1/2 strip of Basic White
Stamp the sailboat onto the large scrap Basic White using Basic Gray ink then add the sail stripes using Balmy Blue, stamp the hull of the boat using Balmy Blue ink and die cut using the large sailboat from Sunrise Sailing dies.
Blending the Basic White 5 1/4 x 4 steps:
– Place copy over the top 3/4 of the cardstock and using a blending brush add Balmy Blue ink
– Move the copy paper to cover up the Balmy Blue and blend 1/4 of the cardstock with Darling Duckling,
– Now blend the next 1/4 up using Timid Tiger blurring the line of the Darling Duckling
– Now blend the next 1/4 up using Strawberry Slush again blurring the line with Timid Tiger.
Using the Sunrise Sailing embossing folder line up the blended cardstock so the Balmy Blue water is right at the boat and emboss. Now use the Balmy Blue ink and go over the waves to give it some depth.
Adhere to the front of the Lost Lagoon then add the sailboat with dimensionals.
Add the sentiment piece using dimensionals.
Stamp the inside sentiment on the 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White and adhere to the inside of the card.
