My Short Story
My name is Mary Beth and I live in Feasterville Trevose, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. I grew up in Philadelphia and I am the eldest of 5 children, the rest are all boys. Yes, I was the only girl. I am married to Jim, who was my high school sweetheart — although we went our own ways after high school, fate brought us back together. We have been happily married for over 25 years. We have two wonderful children Ashley and Jim Jr., and I also have the most adorable granddaughters – Gionna and Ariana, who I love spending time with. I also have an amazing son-in-law, Michael, who is an awesome photographer and a future daughter-in-law who is attending nursing school (God Bless her!).
I have been crafting all my life and believe I inherited the passion from my mother who was very creative. So now I have the bug and love what I am doing.
I started stamping and making cards many years ago and then about 10 years ago I found Stampin’ UP! I was so excited when I received my first catalog and was immediately hooked on their products. The colors are very on trend and the products are top of the line. While I was working full time I built ‘my collection’ and then I became a Stampin’ UP! demonstrator. I love teaching card making but just as important is the opportunity to meet all the wonderful folks and brilliant demonstrators associated with the Stampin’ UP! family.
