Country Woods – Father’s Day

For these Father’s Day cards, I combined the Country Woods Designer Series Paper with the April Paper Pumpkin Kit, the Trusty Tools stamp set, and the Well Dressed stamp set to create two coordinating card designs with a warm, masculine feel

Dimensions:
Basic Beige – 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Basic Black – 5 1/2 x 2 3/4
Country Woods DSP – 4 pieces cut at 1/2 x 5 3/8 (see picture)

Instructions:
Using the Basic Black 5 1/2 x 2 3/4 cardstock, layer the Country Woods DSP leaving a very small amount of the Basic Black showing through each piece and at the top and bottom of the card and adhere.
Stamp your sentiment on the front of the Basic Beige card base.
Stamp your inside sentiment.

Note: I’ve created each card a little different. On the ‘son’ card I added the sponged Early Espresso ink on the front of the Basic Beige card and also used the Linen Thread. On the other card I used the Classic Matte Dots embellishment (which is retired).
